Mathematics Teacher Trainer and Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure pedagogical quality through the implementation of Innovamat in educational centers
• Provide didactic training and support to teachers and internal teams
• Visit educational centers to conduct training sessions for teaching staff across various stages (Infant, Primary, and Secondary)
• Perform classroom observations, modeling sessions, and didactic practices to support teacher improvement
• Offer technical and pedagogical feedback to teachers following classroom observations
• Design and execute internal training plans to deepen the organization's mathematical and pedagogical knowledge
• Coordinate with regional and pedagogical teams to identify needs and solve didactic challenges

Requirements

• Genuine passion for mathematics didactics and educational impact
• High mathematical capacity and ability to analyze mathematical content
• Previous classroom experience in at least one educational stage (Infant, Primary, or Secondary)
• Fluency in both Valencian and Spanish
• Valid driver's license for travel within the Valencian Community
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with educators

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing training to teachers or supporting methodological change processes
• Experience working with innovative mathematical pedagogical models
