Mathematics Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction across KS2, GCSE, and A-Level curricula
• Create and implement weekly curriculum-aligned lesson plans
• Utilise online tutoring platforms such as Zoom and Google Classroom for virtual sessions
• Assess student progress using tracking tools and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Focus on improving student exam scores and problem-solving speed
• Maintain high student retention rates through engagement and motivation
• Provide clear explanations and adapt teaching styles to different learning preferences
• Manage time effectively and maintain punctuality for all scheduled sessions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mathematics (algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics)
• Deep knowledge of the UK curriculum (KS2, GCSE, and A-Level)
• Experience with online tutoring platforms like Zoom and Google Classroom
• Ability to use assessment and progress tracking tools
• Strong lesson planning and resource creation skills
• Excellent communication and explanation abilities
• Patience, empathy, and a motivational attitude
