Mathematics Professor

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics courses as part of the Academic Department of Science, Mathematics, and Technology
• Manage the teaching-learning process using the innovative TEC21 educational model
• Evaluate and implement activities that add value to the student learning experience
• Innovate teaching practices by linking classroom content with real-world applications
• Utilize technological tools to enhance instruction and student engagement
• Participate in academic academies and institutional projects
• Inspire students and support their integral formation and student life experience
• Respond constructively to institutional changes by proposing viable solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• English language proficiency with a B2 certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in student formation and student life
• Experience teaching in high school (PrepaTec) or higher education institutions
• Proven experience in crisis management and handling sensitive cases
• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
