Mathematics Educational Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for schools in Brazil within the didactic advisory team.
• Collaborate with the advisory team to develop strategic growth for existing partnerships.
• Conduct training and follow-up actions for partner schools, including classroom observations, modeling, and webinars.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with teachers and school leadership teams.
• Present Innovamat's competency-based mathematics learning proposal to key educational stakeholders.
• Drive the partnership process, including contract renewals and expansions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a teacher or pedagogical coordinator (preferably in Early Years).
• A genuine passion for mathematics, education, and improving traditional teaching methods.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, autonomously, and in a self-directed manner.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
• Availability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic development within the education sector, high-growth startups, or strategic consultancies.
• Master's degree or specialization in Mathematics Education.
• Experience in teacher training and professional development.
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
