About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, small-group math classes using company-created curriculum designed for advanced students
- Actively involve students in student-led learning and collaborative problem-solving
- Manage classroom dynamics for up to 16 students
- Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
- Build strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
- Inspire a love for critical thinking and advanced mathematics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics
- Experience teaching or tutoring students
- Ability to work on-site at our Millburn, NJ campus
- Availability for evening and/or weekend hours (after-school program)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
- K-12 teaching experience
