About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, small-group math classes using company-created curriculum designed for advanced students
  • Actively involve students in student-led learning and collaborative problem-solving
  • Manage classroom dynamics for up to 16 students
  • Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
  • Build strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
  • Inspire a love for critical thinking and advanced mathematics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong content knowledge in mathematics
  • Experience teaching or tutoring students
  • Ability to work on-site at our Millburn, NJ campus
  • Availability for evening and/or weekend hours (after-school program)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
  • K-12 teaching experience
