About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging, small-group math classes for advanced elementary students using company-created curriculum
  • Actively involve students in student-led learning and critical thinking exercises
  • Manage classroom environments of up to 16 students
  • Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
  • Build positive relationships with students and families to support their educational journey

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong mathematical content knowledge
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring students
  • Ability to work on-site at our Millburn, NJ campus during weekday evenings or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
  • K-12 classroom teaching experience
