About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, small-group math classes using company-created curriculum designed for advanced students
- Actively involve students in student-led learning and collaborative problem-solving
- Manage classroom environments of up to 16 students effectively
- Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
- Build strong relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics
- Experience in teaching or tutoring students
- Ability to work in-person at our Irvine, CA campus
- Availability for weekday evening and/or weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
- K-12 classroom teaching experience
