About the role

Responsibilities

  • Teach engaging math classes using company-created curriculum designed for advanced K-12 students
  • Actively involve students in student-led learning and collaborative problem-solving
  • Manage classroom environments of up to 16 students effectively
  • Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback to students
  • Build positive relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
  • Inspire a love for learning and critical thinking in mathematics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong content knowledge in mathematics
  • Experience teaching or tutoring students
  • Availability to work weekday evenings (starting as early as 4pm) and/or weekends
  • Ability to commute to our Sugar Land, TX campus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
  • Previous classroom teaching experience at the K-12 level
