Math Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging math curriculum using company-created materials designed for advanced students
• Lead small classes of up to 16 students, actively involving them in student-led learning
• Manage classroom dynamics and provide constructive feedback on student tests
• Build meaningful relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
• Inspire a love for critical thinking and mathematical exploration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong content knowledge in mathematics
• Experience teaching or tutoring students
• Ability to work in-person at our Redmond, WA campus
• Availability to teach during weekday after-school hours (starting as early as 4pm) and/or on weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
• K-12 teaching experience
