About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging math curriculum using company-created materials designed for advanced students
- Lead small classes of up to 16 students, actively involving them in student-led learning
- Manage classroom dynamics and provide constructive feedback on student tests
- Build meaningful relationships with students and families to support their educational journey
- Inspire a love for critical thinking and mathematical exploration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Strong content knowledge in mathematics
- Experience teaching or tutoring students
- Ability to work in-person at our Redmond, WA campus
- Availability to teach during weekday after-school hours (starting as early as 4pm) and/or on weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
- K-12 teaching experience
