Math Instructor

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging math curriculum using company-created materials designed for advanced K-12 students
• Lead small classes of up to 16 students, fostering an environment of student-led learning and critical thinking
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a collaborative and productive learning setting
• Grade assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback to students
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and their families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong mathematical content knowledge
• Availability to work weekday evenings (starting as early as 4pm) and/or weekends
• Ability to work onsite at our Pasadena, CA campus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related or educational field
• Previous experience teaching or tutoring K-12 students
• Experience in classroom management
