Math Education Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Didactic Advisor for 20 to 25 schools in Colombia, serving as their main point of contact.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with teachers, coordinators, and school directors.
• Ensure the successful implementation of Innovamat's educational proposal through both in-person and virtual follow-ups.
• Resolve pedagogical doubts and motivate educational teams to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators, record interactions in Salesforce, and work toward annual contract renewals.
• Visit schools regularly to provide hands-on support and guidance.

Requirements

• A deep passion for mathematics and education.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics didactics.
• A solid understanding of the Colombian school context.
• Advanced level of English.
• Ability to live in Medellín or Barranquilla.
• Availability to travel for school visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven professional experience working directly with schools or educational institutions.
• Previous experience working within the EdTech or educational sector.
