Math Education Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement Innovamat's mathematical educational proposal across preschool, primary, and secondary levels.
• Ensure teachers understand didactic pillars and learning trajectories to improve classroom impact.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their practice.
• Deliver training sessions and modeling of the educational proposal to students and educators.
• Build trust with school leadership and teaching staff through individualized advisory services.
• Support teachers daily by resolving didactic doubts and providing guidance on using the platform.
• Analyze the Mexican educational context to propose initiatives that ensure successful math learning.

Requirements

• University degree in Education, Pedagogy, or Mathematics.
• Proven teaching experience in Preschool, Primary, or Secondary education.
• Strong communication skills to connect with students, teachers, and school leadership.
• High capacity for active listening, empathy, and assertiveness.
• Passion for mathematics and mathematics didactics.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and a strong desire to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in providing teacher training or professional development.
• Proficiency in English for conducting sessions and training.
• Valid driver's license.
