Math Curriculum Designer

Responsibilities

• Design creative, engaging, and interactive math lessons for both online and print media
• Write rigorous and mathematically correct content for elementary and early secondary students
• Consult with other curriculum designers to ensure content is age-appropriate and meets educational objectives
• Collaborate with visual designers, curriculum managers, and company leaders to determine instructional approaches
• Research and apply content requirements across various states
• Develop and manage project plans to deliver high-quality math content within set deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in math or an education-related field
• K–12 math teaching experience
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent writing ability
• Highly self-motivated with superb attention to detail and a can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in math or education
• Experience as a math coach or math supervisor
