Math Curriculum Designer

Responsibilities

• Design clear, engaging, and interactive math questions for grades 6-12 to meet specific educational objectives
• Write helpful, age-appropriate, and mathematically sound explanations of concepts
• Collaborate with visual designers, curriculum designers, and company leaders on curricular strategies
• Research and review alignment to educational standards, common assessments, and popular textbooks
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure high-quality math content is delivered within set deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related field
• High school or collegiate math teaching experience, including precalculus, calculus, or statistics
• Excellent writing ability and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and openness to feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in mathematics or education
• Professional experience in curriculum development
