Material/Warehouse Operator 3

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and physical tasks involving shipping, receiving, storing, staging, and supplying materials, parts, and supplies.
• Use SAP to perform transactions, run material staging, and manage bin-to-bin transfers.
• Physically locate materials in the warehouse and maintain required inventory levels in various production areas.
• Evaluate production schedules to determine material needs from outside vendors.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to deliver goods to production areas.
• Follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot and solve problems using independent judgment under minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High School degree required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with material handling equipment, specifically forklift operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UPS systems and computer warehousing systems.
• Ability to maintain neat, accurate, and complete manual and electronic records.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork across departments.
