About the Company

Neptune Medical is an innovative, venture capital-funded medical device startup building a fully flexible medical robot designed to enable doctors to reach deep into human anatomy. Their Triton Robotic Endoscopy platform aims to disrupt flexible endoscopy and set new standards in medical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine tasks including receiving, storing, labeling, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping materials
• Maintain MIN MAX and ROP for production material to prevent shortages
• Prepare domestic and international shipments
• Verify goods received against documentation and perform initial quality checks
• Manage BOM and inventory through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to fulfill material transfer requests
• Monitor and track shipments, resolve documentation issues, and handle accounts payable discrepancies
• Support compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and GMP guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years of work experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, or aerospace)
• Ability to lift 55 pounds
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to read and understand part prints
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Propel Quality system
• Experience with NetSuite
• Experience supporting medical device and capital equipment BOMs
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Experience creating or managing inventory systems
• Experience with product packaging and shipping
