About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, transfers, and chemical inventory management
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular physical and chemical inventory processes
- Manage the safe movement and handling of parts and maintenance materials into and out of facilities
- Establish and adhere to work priorities for material handling processes and systems
- Collaborate with station staff to schedule and implement maintenance and operational activities
- Utilize supply chain systems and mobile applications, such as MAXIMO, to manage workflows
- Maintain effective communication with site procurement and operations to ensure efficient commodity flow
Requirements
- High School/GED degree
- 2 years of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with inventory or work management systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing conditions and time pressures
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
