Materials Sourcing Manager, Linen

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Linen procurement strategy optimizing cost, quality, and sustainability
• Build and expand a global network of Linen suppliers
• Partner with Product Development and Merchandising to maintain a central Linen materials library
• Analyze and monitor the global Linen market to minimize price volatility
• Negotiate favorable terms and establish long-term supplier partnerships
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with responsible sourcing
• Lead supplier performance management and enforce quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within the Linen industry
• Strong negotiation skills and experience building global supplier networks
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic procurement plans
• Strong understanding of sustainability regulations and responsible sourcing
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
