Materials Section Leader

Responsibilities

• Train Operators on equipment usage and manufacturing processes
• Assist Operators in diagnosing and correcting mechanical problems
• Identify training and development needs through regular observation and conversation
• Assist the Manager with reviewing Operator performance
• Support the development and updating of training manuals
• Perform visual inspections of production to identify defects based on standards
• Monitor products for quality issues and achieve daily performance targets
• Perform basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and safe material handling

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Over 10 years of production experience
• Experience in mentoring or coaching Operators
• Strong understanding of complex equipment and system integration
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform occasional international travel
