Materials Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead material readiness for aircraft builds by translating BOMs, build schedules, inventory, supplier lead times, and open orders into a clear build readiness plan
• Own shortage management and clear-to-build status across prototype, validation, and production builds
• Partner with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and finance to align material availability with program timing and budget
• Build scalable processes for inventory accuracy, allocation, receiving, labeling, kitting, and build readiness
• Identify long-lead and high-risk materials and recommend mitigation plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in materials planning, supply planning, production planning, or procurement operations
• Experience owning material readiness or clear-to-build planning for hardware, manufacturing, robotics, or drones
• Proficiency working with complex bills of materials, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and build structure in developing processes
• Comfort working hands-on with physical inventory and systems
