Materials Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive key production performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to field teams on digital tools (RMX, RSA, CheckProof).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and the application of group standards regarding safety, maintenance, and production.
• Manage raw material inventories and update site data according to company standards.
• Coordinate with specialized service providers for maintenance, waste management, and site works.
• Support Health and Safety Coordinators in deploying safety campaigns and updating the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUSS).
• Identify environmental nuisances (noise, dust, vibrations) and co-construct action plans with production managers.

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 degree in QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment), Production Management, or a similar field (or a junior engineer in civil engineering/mineral industry).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high comfort level with digital/IT tools.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational rigor.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage field teams.
• Valid Driving License (Permis B) is mandatory for frequent travel within the Île-de-France region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete (BPE), aggregates, or cement sectors.
• Certification as a First Aid Responder (SST - Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail).
