About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive key production performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical support and training to field teams on digital tools (RMX, RSA, CheckProof).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and the application of group standards regarding safety, maintenance, and production.
- Manage raw material inventories and update site data according to company standards.
- Coordinate with specialized service providers for maintenance, waste management, and site works.
- Support Health and Safety Coordinators in deploying safety campaigns and updating the Single Risk Assessment Document (DUSS).
- Identify environmental nuisances (noise, dust, vibrations) and co-construct action plans with production managers.
Requirements
- Bac+2/3 degree in QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment), Production Management, or a similar field (or a junior engineer in civil engineering/mineral industry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and high comfort level with digital/IT tools.
- Strong analytical skills and organizational rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage field teams.
- Valid Driving License (Permis B) is mandatory for frequent travel within the Île-de-France region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete (BPE), aggregates, or cement sectors.
- Certification as a First Aid Responder (SST - Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail).
