Materials Planning Scheduling Administrator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate material availability status for customer shipments and production requirements
• Monitor shortages, update priorities, and track ETAs to minimize service disruptions
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal production teams to ensure on-time delivery performance
• Plan and monitor material flow from suppliers to distribution centers and end customers
• Manage supplier relationships by reviewing open purchase orders and tracking delivery commitments
• Coordinate vendor drop shipments and ensure accurate processing of purchase order receipts
• Ensure material availability at regional distribution centers to support customer demand
• Perform inventory reconciliation and reporting for consignment stock
• Support kitting operations by coordinating assembly activities and maintaining Bills of Material (BOM)

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials coordination
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems in a planning or transactional environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
• Strong ability to coordinate across various organizational functions and with external suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
