Materials Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Material Planners to build capability in mid- and short-term planning.
• Oversee the development of feasible, optimized material plans and ensure alignment with production planning and inventory policy.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for supplier constraints and work with S&OP and Operations to resolve major issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and the rollout of regional best practices.
• Monitor team performance using KPIs and take corrective actions to ensure productivity, timeliness, and quality standards.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with corporate standards, SHE requirements, and sustainability policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Material Planning and/or Supply Chain Planning.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
