About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage material procurement in accordance with the production program (MRP)
- Analyze material requirements based on forecasts and customer orders
- Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain established targets and prevent production shortages
- Manage inventory parameters including maximums, minimums, and reorder points
- Review deviations between actual consumption and planned usage
- Follow up on open purchase orders and pending deliveries
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain, or logistics
- Experience working within the automotive industry
- Proficiency in SAP (specifically MM and PP modules)
- Experience with Power BI
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills
- Valid US VISA
