Responsibilities

• Pull and refile slides, paraffin blocks, and frozen blocks
• Archive and file immunofluorescence and muscle/nerve slides
• Pull slide carts on Saturday mornings
• Sort and heat slides for filing
• Prepare kit supplies, chemical packs, buccal swabs, and saline bottles
• Perform quality control on chemical bottles
• Build stock of new kits and recycle kits daily
• Build and label shipping boxes with correct lot and expiration dates
• Log time spent in each area and maintain a clean workspace
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive regularly
• Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday 7:30a-12:30p

Preferred Qualifications

• No prior experience required; entry-level position
