Materials Master Data Associate

Responsibilities

• Create and update SAP material master data, Bills of Materials (BOM), and Document Info Records
• Serve as a liaison with departments responsible for authorizing SAP Material Master Data
• Assemble master data input information from key stakeholders in Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance
• Create new items as requested by authorized stakeholders
• Maintain material master naming convention guidelines for all materials, descriptions, and material groups
• Adhere to company health and safety policies, programs, and procedures

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional work experience
• Proven experience with SAP master data creation and maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management, including Materials Master, BOM, and Document Information Records
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
