Materials Manager - Cold Section Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Manage the Product Center’s SIOP demand evaluation and response, leading integration meetings to resolve demand/supply gaps.
• Partner with the Command Center, Global Supply Chain Material Managers, and DT to advance performance tools such as commit compliance and integrity.
• Prepare and present daily executive escalation material summaries to engine center leadership.
• Conduct weekly meetings with purchasing value streams regarding commit compliance, spares performance, and critical part tracking.
• Produce monthly CSMC Purchasing Executive Operations Leadership Team and Product Center review slide decks.
• Partner with CSMC’s five value streams to identify, mitigate, and report on delivery risks to senior leadership.
• Coordinate and generate Spares delivery plans and MMLs for all CSMC supply chain parts.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access necessary systems and information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong data skills, including the ability to mine, analyze, and distill large amounts of data into actionable recommendations.
• General procurement knowledge, specifically regarding order placement, receipts, and demand management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
