Materials Management Employee

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely material availability and coordinate supply processes to support production operations
• Receive, validate, and process incoming customer orders through customer portals and OEM/Tier1 systems
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock, and coordinate with customers on inventory optimization
• Maintain master data for sold materials within SAP and support EDI processes
• Monitor delivery performance (OTIF) and ensure compliance with customer logistics KPIs
• Manage customer communications regarding delivery schedules, order changes, and issue resolution
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions for logistics or delivery issues
• Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, production, planning, and quality
• Prepare detailed reports and analyses regarding delivery performance, backlog, and forecast accuracy

Requirements

• 3+ years of solid working experience in Operations and relevant functions
• Proven experience in Project Management
• Strong knowledge of Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Business and Finance management acumen
• Results, process, and problem-solving orientation
• In-depth knowledge of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production, and Launch Readiness
