Materials Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Verify and report on inventory-related information and investigate material variances
• Perform physical inventory and cycle counting to ensure accuracy
• Prepare inventory reports and updates for Planners
• Process Certificates of Destruction (C of D) and verify physical quantities against paperwork
• Monitor weekly supply rack inventory and place replenishment orders as needed
• Maintain inventory adjustment forms for all transfers and identify root causes for issues
• Operate sit-down and reach forklifts, including performing battery maintenance and charging
• Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 3-5 years of related experience or training
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently for professional needs
• High reasoning skills to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
• Ability to operate forklifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with strong attention to detail
• Ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders
