About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and process GMP materials, including receipt, shipment, and inventory control
- Perform internal logistics tasks and material transfers between departments and sites
- Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Handle materials within various temperature-controlled environments and controlled chemical settings
- Utilize warehouse equipment including Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, and Narrow-Aisle machinery
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific departmental roles
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies in documentation and material counts
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of GMP materials and controlled warehouse environments
- Proven experience working with temperature-controlled materials
- Strong knowledge of SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Proficiency in operating Pallet Jacks and Forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted and stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work with various chemicals using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
