Materials Management Associate III

Responsibilities

• Manage and process GMP materials, including receipt, shipment, and inventory control
• Perform internal logistics tasks and material transfers between departments and sites
• Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Handle materials within various temperature-controlled environments and controlled chemical settings
• Utilize warehouse equipment including Pallet Jacks, Forklifts, and Narrow-Aisle machinery
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific departmental roles
• Identify and reconcile discrepancies in documentation and material counts

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of GMP materials and controlled warehouse environments
• Proven experience working with temperature-controlled materials
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Proficiency in operating Pallet Jacks and Forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs unassisted and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to work with various chemicals using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
