Materials Management Associate I

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, electric jacks, and cherry pickers
• Restock laboratory supplies and fulfill internal material requests
• Support inventory transactions and data entry using SAP/EWM
• Assist with packaging and preparing outbound shipments in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation for receipt, storage, and shipment records
• Adhere to GMP guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and 1 year of relevant experience, or an Associate degree in logistics or business
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse or material handling role
• Exposure to SAP, EWM, or other ERP systems
• Experience working in a GMP or biotech environment
