Materials Management Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation and day-to-day support for warehousing operations and materials management workstreams.
• Champion the standardization of warehouse operations and lead site-specific or system-wide enhancement projects.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for warehousing best practices to guide leaders and troubleshoot material workflows.
• Assist with SOX control reporting and monitor inventory cycle count completion requirements.
• Author and maintain Supply Chain materials management procedures, policies, and job aids.
• Provide training and desk-side support for ERP modules used by Supply Chain employees.
• Collaborate with Master Data and Inventory Control teams to execute data cleansing and optimization projects.
• Analyze data to support commercial initiatives and improve financial performance related to transportation costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six (6) or more years of Supply Chain or business-relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
