Materials Line Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of product through the production area to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and engineering procedures to maintain maximum quality
• Lead and develop a high-performance team while assisting in efforts to strengthen employee culture
• Provide effective guidance to achieve daily, monthly, and annual quality and production targets
• Plan and organize work to ensure product is in the process at all times
• Promote a safe working environment and monitor compliance with safety programs

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Materials or Manufacturing environments
• Proven leadership experience
• Proficiency with computer skills and Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
