Materials Handler

Responsibilities

• Perform physical staging of materials, parts, and supplies for automation manufacturing cells and autonomous vehicles
• Use small VacuPik vacuums to load silicone parts into trays for production
• Work with a team of material handlers and technicians to ensure continuous production in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing technicians and warehouse operators to meet cell needs
• Accurately stage materials and components in accordance with the production schedule
• Adhere to cGMP standards within a cleanroom environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or receiving environment
• Ability to lift and transfer loads up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand and bend for up to 8 hours a day
• Proficiency in English to read documentation and follow written/oral instructions
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the medical device industry
• Experience in a start-up production environment
• Familiarity with ergonomic lifting techniques
