Responsibilities
- Lead technical evaluations and failure analysis of metals and alloys for diverse client needs
- Perform hands-on laboratory investigations using techniques such as SEM, metallography, image analysis, and hardness testing
- Collaborate directly with clients to design testing programs and develop effective technical approaches
- Produce clear, professional technical reports that translate complex findings into actionable insights
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to solve complex materials challenges
Requirements
- Degree in Materials Science or Metallurgical Engineering
- Practical experience with materials characterization techniques
- Strong foundation in laboratory investigation and hands-on testing
- Excellent technical report writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound technical judgment
