Materials Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate homologation activities for new components and monitor industrial validations
• Perform production startup validations, inspections, and associated documentary reviews
• Support suppliers during industrial implementation and provide technical assistance
• Write homologation reports and ensure activity traceability
• Act as an interface between internal teams, testing laboratories, and suppliers
• Manage technical requests from already approved suppliers
• Lead and monitor qualification tests for materials and products
• Participate in the development of new products, materials, or manufacturing processes
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of qualification and homologation methods

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in materials, process engineering, chemistry, mechanics, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (qualification, homologation, industrialization, or supplier quality)
• Proficiency in industrial validation processes and technical documentation management
• Ability to work in demanding technical environments and interface with multidisciplinary teams
• Rigorous, autonomous, and strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier sites
