Materials Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the Materials Library at HQ
• Build and maintain seasonal materials boards
• Support the team with tracking and materials submission management
• Order and track samples and prototype yardage from providers
• Maintain the color library at HQ
• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of packages
• Provide additional support to the Materials Team as needed

Requirements

• Final year student currently enrolled in Fashion Design, Marketing, or Textile Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
