Materials Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end material logistics including kit preparation, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup
• Oversee physical enrichment program preparations and manage the material assembly team
• Handle scheduling, supply ordering, and implementation of operational protocols
• Maintain an organized and clean central workspace to optimize inventory flow
• Collaborate with headquarters and on-site camp leadership to ensure seamless operations
• Assess supply chain performance and develop new methods to optimize operations

Requirements

• Strong quantitative thinking for strategic purchasing and inventory decision-making
• Expertise in scheduling, procurement, and high-volume fulfillment management
• Ability to perform hands-on material handling and heavy packing tasks
• Proven ability to lead small production teams and enforce timeline protocols
• Analytical approach to resolving process bottlenecks and developing operational fixes
