Materials Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled kanban checks to identify parts and materials requiring replenishment
• Pick, transport, and deliver parts from warehouse to workstations
• Monitor bin and kanban inventory levels to trigger replenishment actions
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and material condition for accuracy
• Communicate material shortages or quality issues to leadership
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain clean and organized kanban locations and staging areas
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for 95% of the shift
• Ability to read and interpret kanban cards and part numbers
