Materials Controller

Responsibilities

• Expedite controlled stock receipts, movements, and despatch
• Support Goods-In receiving and resolve purchase order or physical delivery anomalies
• Perform kitting and issuing of materials against specific project activities
• Organise and pack items for despatch, liaising with stakeholders to meet requirements
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist with warehouse security
• Support the Mechanical Inspector and perform other delegated activities as required

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a stores or warehouse environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel
• Ability to pass a basic pre-employment security screen (BPSS)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all business levels

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the electronics or aerospace industry
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
