About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate policies, processes, and documentation supporting Product Design & Development teams
  • Review and approve supplier change requests and new material registrations in collaboration with Purchasing and Business Units
  • Support sustainability initiatives including circular economy programs, recycled content requirements, and Product Carbon Footprint analysis
  • Lead implementation of new engineering processes and act as a change agent across the organization
  • Develop training strategies and deploy training materials
  • Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with global environmental regulations such as REACH and RoHS
  • Provide technical support for validation and process development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in material compliance, chemical management, or sustainability initiatives
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and material declaration systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • IMDS experience
  • Six Sigma or equivalent problem-solving certification
  • Experience with PLM systems
