Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Materials Science, Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, Experience in material compliance or chemical management, Knowledge of regulatory requirements (REACH, RoHS), IMDS experience preferred, Six Sigma certification preferred, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM systems experience a plus

About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate policies, processes, and documentation supporting Product Design & Development teams
- Review and approve supplier change requests and new material registrations in collaboration with Purchasing and Business Units
- Support sustainability initiatives including circular economy programs, recycled content requirements, and Product Carbon Footprint analysis
- Lead implementation of new engineering processes and act as a change agent across the organization
- Develop training strategies and deploy training materials
- Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with global environmental regulations such as REACH and RoHS
- Provide technical support for validation and process development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in material compliance, chemical management, or sustainability initiatives
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and material declaration systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong documentation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- IMDS experience
- Six Sigma or equivalent problem-solving certification
- Experience with PLM systems
