Materials Associate

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments and verify paperwork accuracy using ERP
• Securely package products, generate bills of lading, and prepare pallets for delivery
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials and equipment
• Process inbound shipments, verifying counts and quality against paperwork
• Perform inventory stock spot checks and participate in end-of-month inventory
• Perform local deliveries and pickups using company vehicles
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and aisles
• Assist in assembly or production processes when needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs
• Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely
• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks for up to 12 hours a day
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, squat, kneel, crouch, and twist for prolonged periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience
• Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics
