Materials and Manufacturing Planning Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the Master Scheduler for the Line of Business (LOB) to support customer delivery.
• Optimize production capacity and develop manufacturing plans, including capacity allocation for new products.
• Manage master scheduling, demand forecasting, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) reporting.
• Perform inventory analysis and implement action plans to reduce excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Procurement teams to interpret demand and plan for long-lead materials.
• Utilize MRP processes to ensure effective material planning and close interaction with the buyer team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Material Planning, Capacity Planning, and Master Scheduling.
• Strong understanding of SIOP planning and Supply Plan execution.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MRP processes.
• Expertise in Demand Forecasting and Inventory Analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office suite.
