Materials and Manufacturing Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing compliance for mechanical equipment, including diesel engines, high-voltage motors, filters, and compressors.
• Verify compliance against technical standards such as RCCM, CODAP, and specific EDF requirements.
• Draft technical opinions on manufacturer documentation to communicate requirements.
• Provide technical positions on derogation requests and non-conformity reports.
• Interface with EDF technical experts, project owners, and mechanical equipment manufacturers.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of materials and metallurgy.
• Ideally, a first professional experience or internship in the nuclear sector or another heavy industrial field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding processes and standards.
