Materials Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide data evaluation and auditing to support various areas within the Materials function
• Collect, compile, and evaluate data to prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts
• Track materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required
• Audit data to resolve integrity issues, including quotations and customer bills of material reports
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues related to operational KPIs and metrics
• Suggest process and communication improvements for metric tracking activities
• Maintain databases to support efficient data collection and analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a Warehouse Supervisor role
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams of at least 30 direct reports
• Experience managing multi-shift operations (3 shifts)
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes including receiving, storage, picking, and material handling
• Proficiency with ERP systems, with BAAN experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, charts, and macros
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency
