Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and future material needs to define inventory levels for component repairs
• Create and expedite purchase orders to defined suppliers and internal workshops
• Ensure timely delivery of materials from suppliers and availability for external partners
• Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues and communicate potential shortages to relevant functions
• Monitor and drive supplier performance regarding Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) metrics
• Act as a support interface between suppliers and finance to drive process improvements
• Follow up on all purchase orders to ensure correct execution and closure

Requirements

• Education in logistics or equivalent experience acquired through professional practice
• Experience in material planning and working within ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory management
• Experience in supplier contact and relationship management
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner under pressure
