About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer issues regarding material services, including order taking, backorder monitoring, and repair order management
  • Provide timely information on repair order status and manage customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues concerning exchanges, rentals, and part returns
  • Manage supplier relationships, including AOG support and negotiating turnaround time (TAT) terms
  • Utilize SAP and web tools for part history, cost controls, and material analysis
  • Ensure components are sent only to approved and authorized service vendors
  • Assist in administering component and aircraft repair and overhaul agreements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer relations, parts warranty, or repair services
  • Basic knowledge of technical or functional areas related to aircraft
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Lotus Notes
  • Ability to demonstrate negotiation and customer service techniques
  • Familiarity with aircraft and warranty/repair technical analysis
