Material Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping and receiving, production control, and outbound logistics teams across two facilities
• Ensure inbound direct material shipments are unloaded, received, and put away efficiently
• Monitor replenishment activity to ensure high priority requests are met promptly
• Provide training to new hires on functions, systems, and equipment
• Manage personnel functions including time card submissions and time off requests
• Generate quarterly cycle count plans and provide adjustment analysis
• Review indirect material requests for engineering and development teams
• Manage inventory of operational equipment and consumable materials

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in production or manufacturing
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• Strong spreadsheet skills
• Physical stamina to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols
