Material Specialist - Shipping

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staging, receiving, packing, shipping, and tracking of packages
• Monitor and maintain various project shipping schedules
• Receive and distribute packages accurately to personnel
• Unpack and verify inventory against purchase orders or invoices
• Generate receiving slips, packing slips, and ship orders
• Record inventory transactions including receiving, shipping, and location transfers
• Manage inventory through cycle counts and replenishment
• Clean and inspect used equipment and peripherals
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License
• Fork Lift Certification or ability to obtain it
• Experience with inventory systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and crouch for extended periods
