Material Service Center Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Input material requests into eMax based on part numbers provided by the Engine Operations Center
• Generate daily status reports and perform necessary actions to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and collaborate with the Network Supply Chain to ensure complete and on-time delivery
• Manage inventory levels, lead times, and costs for Rolls Royce and Mobile Engine Services
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with government regulations, company policies, and contractual agreements
• Coordinate logistics and material activities with production scheduling and planning teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree desirable)
• 3-5 years of experience in an MRP-based manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of PAC and MPS
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a purchasing capacity
• Experience working with SAP
